As a GP, are your A&G workflows as efficient as they could be?

No one starts their career as a GP because they love completing advice and guidance requests.  We know that. It’s an essential tool, with proven results, but it shouldn’t add to your workload or force you into rigid workflows that don’t fit how you work.

That’s why Cinapsis is designed differently - to be seamless, flexible, and built around real GP workflows, evolving with continuous input from our GP users.

Other providers expect you to fit into their system. We built ours to fit around you.

And now, with the plan that GPs will receive £20 for each request, making A&G as efficient and effortless as possible has never been more important.

You became a GP to treat patients, not to be a photographer.

In the case of Teledermatology, many GP practices have successfully integrated it into their workflows. GP’s can take images and quickly send all the information to a specialist.

However, for others, challenges remain - some practices only have one dermatoscope, which takes up valuable time, limits access, and even then, cases can be sent back due to poor image quality. While this approach can be effective in certain settings, it isn’t always the most efficient or scalable solution.

It doesn’t have to be this difficult. And you don’t have to do it all yourself.

With Cinapsis, you take back control:

✔ Pass the task to admin teams – Secretaries and staff can send requests for you.
✔ Let nurses or other clinicians capture images – Reduce your workload.
✔ Redirect patients to a medical photography service – Get specialist-grade images without adding any admin to your day.

With Cinapsis, you have the flexibility to decide how every case is handled. If you are taking and uploading images yourself you can send these via eRS or Cinapsis. Alternatively, if this isn’t the best option, simply send the patient to medical photography - again, via eRS or Cinapsis.

Regardless of your choice, the dermatologist can manage all these cases from within Cinapsis.

With Cinapsis, you’re in control. Whether you prefer to manage cases yourself or delegate to your team, we adapt to your workflow, not the other way around.
